Thoroughbred racing resumes in Florida on Wednesday
with ten races at Gulfstream Park and ten races at Tampa Bay Downs.
First post is 12:25 p.m. at Tampa Bay and 12:35 p.m.
at Gulfstream.
At Gulfstream there is a Super Hi-5 carryover of
$8,289 on the first race.
Conditions are fast and firm at each track, and for
each the Weather Channel forecast is for a zero percent chance of rain during
racing hours

Tampa Bay has nine claiming races plus a third race
that is a $22,500 maiden special weight at one mile and 40 yards on dirt for
3-year-old fillies.
At Gulfstream there will be a new pool on the Rainbow
6, on races five through ten. On Monday,
there was just one ticket with the winners of all six Rainbow 6 races. It took down the full carryover/jackpot of $72,179.
The feature ninth race is a $36,000 allowance at 1
1/16 miles on turf for 4-year-olds and up.
