Gulfstream Park has a 10-race card Sunday. First post is at 12:25 PM.

No stakes races are on the card. The 5th through 10th races are the Rainbow 6 races, starting at approximately 2:25 PM. The carryover there is $199,841.

 

In Saturday's 11 races, 4 bettors were paid $15,119.78 each on the Rainbow 6 win. No favorites won in the Rainbow races - getting more common of late. Grand David won the Bear's Den Stakes by 2-1/4 lenghts over the race favorite California Frolic

The late Pick 5 paid a handsome $14,405.35.

Fifty-three horses ran in the last 6 races. 
The Super Hi-5 bet carry-over is $8,684 in race 1 Sunday.

Gulfstream Saturday: 12:45 PM Post Time


Gulfstream Park has an eleven-race card scheduled for Saturday. First post is at 12:25 PM. Last gate call will be near 5:40 PM.

There is one stakes race Saturday: The $75,000 Bear's Den Stakes, a 1-1/16 mile jaunt on the Tapeta track for 3 year-olds. The race favorite is California Frolic at 3:1 morning line odds in race 10 at appprox. 5:05 PM post time.

The Rainbow 6 wager is the sole caryover Saturday, at $173,921.

Friday's action saw 48 horses racing in the Rainbow 6, with a $929.40 payout to 43 winners. It was a 5 of 6 win. No odds-favorite won on the day! Look Up To Heaven won race 7 at 27:1; the tough handicap on the day.  Race 6 will start the Rainbow 6 wagering near 3:00 PM Saturday.

The Pick 5 wager attracted more that the Rainbow wager; after the 15% track takeout, the Pick 5 paid $19,013.35 to 4 lucky bettors.

Bettors added $71,234 to the Rainbow wagering.

Gulfstream Racing Friday; 2:55 PM First Post

 Gulfstream plans a 9 race Friday, with one carryover on the race card. Post time will be 2:55 PM.

No stakes races are on the card. Last post will be near 7:22 PM or so, for those late arrivals. It's race day 55 in this meet ending late September.

The Rainbow 6 carryover is $156,833. Gulfstream is setting a guaranteed gross pool of $200,000 if a single winner is found. If multiple winners, the guaranteed pool does not apply, and the winners receive 56% of the betting pool; 20% is the track takeout, and 24% gets added to the carryover for the next race day.

The Rainbow 6 first leg gets underway in Race 4 at about 4:35 PM. In last Sunday's (7/24) racing, 12 winners hit the Rainbow 6 wager for $4,938.78 each.

Gulfstream Park has a 11-race card Sunday. First post is at 12:25 PM.

No stakes races are on the card. The 6th through 11th races are the Rainbow 6 races, starting at approximately 3:00 PM. The carryover there is $131,434.



In Saturday's 11 races, 11 bettors were paid $3,838.46 each on the Rainbow 6 win. Race 7 was the long-odds win (21:1) by Wind Ninety Nine. The late Pick 5 paid a handsome $5,151.

Fifty-three horses ran in the last 6 races.  There were 5 favorites entering the winners circle on the day, and two in the Rainbow 6. No favorites were "out of the money" in the last 6 races. Omixochitl won the Miss Gracie Stakes in race 10, although it was not the odds favorite at Post Time. Miss You Ella got that label at 1.90:1 finishing 2nd.

 

The Super Hi-5 bet will advertise a $5,044 carryover Sunday.

Total runners entering the gate were 99 Saturday.

Gulfstream Park has an eleven-race card scheduled for Saturday. First post is at 12:25 PM at the Hallandale Beach, Florida track.

There is one stakes race Saturday: The $75,000 Miss Gracie Stakes, a 1-1/16 mile jaunt on the Tapeta track for 3 y/o fillies. The race favorite is OMIXOCHITL, at 5:2 morning line odds in race 10 at appprox. 5:15 PM post time.

The Rainbow 6 wager is the sole caryover Saturday, at $113,338. Friday's action saw 49 horses racing in the Rainbow 6, with a $8,392.08 payout to 5 winners. Just one favorite won in the Rainbow races.

Race 6 will start the Rainbow 6 wagering near 3:00 PM Saturday. As reported yesterday, the Late Pick 5 featured a big carryover of $94,227 Friday. Bettors added $645,877 to that wager. The bet paid $7,060.65 to about 90 winners. The Pick 5 wager has a 15% takeout, as does the Pick 3 and Pick 4.

Bettors added $74,936 to the Rainbow wagering.

Gulfstream plans a 9 race Friday, with three carryovers on the race card. Post time will be 2:55 PM.
No stakes races are on the card. Lost post will be 7:20 PM or so, for those late arrivals. It's race day 52 in this meet ending late September.

The carryovers; the Rainbow 6 wager at $95,355. Gulfstream is setting a guaranteed gross

 

pool of $175,000 if a single winner is found. The Super High 5 wager will offer a $7,641 carryover in race 1. Lastly, the Late Pick 5 was NOT hit Sunday - a rarity - that's a $94,227 carryover. The Post times are:

In last Sunday's (7/17) racing, 16 winners hit the Rainbow 6 wager for $2,797.42 each. No bettor had 6 of 6, so the payout was 5 of 6. South Pointe Drive won race 8 at 40:1 odds; the main reason for the tough handicap.

No stakes races are on the card. The 5th through 10th races are the Rainbow 6 races, starting at approximately 2:25 PM. The carryover is $76,284.

 

In Saturday's 11 races, 10 bettors were paid $5,096.78 each on the Rainbow 6 win. Race 11 was the long-odds win (16:1) by The Joke's On Me.

Fifty-four horses ran in the last 6 races.  There were no favorites entering the winners circle all 11 races, which is quite rare. Last Leaf won the Azalea Stakes in race 8, although it was not the favorite at Post Time. Poiema got the favorite label at 1.50:1 finishing 5th.

The Super Hi-5 bet will advertise a $8,705 carryover.

The Super High 5 will be available in the first race with 7 or more starters. That looks like race 1 on Sunday at this point.

There is one stakes race Saturday: The $75,000 Azalea Stakes, a 7 furlong on dirt for 3 y/o fillies. The race favorite is LAST LEAF, at 2:1 morning line odds in race 8 at appprox. 4:08 PM.

The Rainbow 6 wager is the sole caryover Saturday, at $54,441. Friday's action saw 41 horses racing in the Rainbow 6, with a small $70.12 payout. Four favorites won their races, and the long-odds win was just 6.5:1 in race 7. Equibase records show about 460 winners.

Race 6 will start the Rainbow 6 wagering near 3:00 PM Saturday.

Bettors added $58,036 to the Rainbow wagering.
Total all-sources track handle was $5.1 million Friday.

Gulfstream's 3-day summer racing weekend continues Friday-Sunday. Friday post times will be 2:55 PM and 1:05 PM on Saturday's and Sunday's, with a few exceptions on the holidays. No stakes races are on the card.

Nine races are slated with a 2:55 PM Post. Last post time is about 7:10 PM.

There are two carryovers; the Rainbow 6 wager at $40,513. Gulfstream is setting a guaranteed gross pool of $100,000 Friday on the Rainbow 6, starting in race 4 at 4:35 PM.

The Super High 5 wager will offer a $5,020 carryover. It should be run in Race#1 if seven or more starters race. Nine are on the card as of Thursday night.

In last Sunday's (7/10) racing, 17 winners hit the Rainbow 6 wager for $2,919.06 each. Two favorites won in the Rainbow 6 races. Fifty horses raced in the Rainbow 6.

No stakes races are on the card. The 4th through 9th races are the Rainbow 6 races, starting at approximately 2:17 PM. The carryover is $19,246 and Gulfstream has a $100,000 gross pool guarantee if the jackpot is hit by a single player.

In Saturday's 11 races, 27 bettors were paid $1,663.20 each on the Rainbow 6 win. Race 6 was the long-odds win by Marwad at 17:1. Fifty horses ran in the last 6 races. The wager was paid out at 5 of 6, as no bettor had a 6 of 6 ticket! There were no favorites entering the winners circle in the last 6 races. Steal Sunshine won the Carry Back Stakes race (8:1). The ML favorite, Octane finished last in the field of 7.

There is one stakes race Saturday: The $75,000 Carry Back Stakes, a 7 furlong on dirt for 3 y/o and up. The race favorite is OCTANE, at 5:2 morning line odds in race 10 at appprox. 5:27 PM.

 The Rainbow 6 jackpot was hit Friday, with $118,521.64 to the single winner. Just one favorite was in the mix, and Quite Ready in race 5 went off at 12.8:1 as the long-odds winner in those six races.
The winning program numbers were: 7-2-2-4-3-8.
Race 6 will start the Rainbow 6 wagering near 3:48 PM Saturday.

Bettors added $81,431 to the Rainbow wagering, with 48 horses entering the gate.

Friday's racing has 9 races slated. Last post time is about 7:00 PM.

There is one carryover, on the Rainbow 6 wager at $53,382. Gulfstream is setting a guaranteed gross pool of $125,000 Friday on the Rainbow 6, starting in race 4 at 4:25 PM.

In last Sunday's (7/3) racing, 10 winners hit the Rainbow 6 wager for $3,736.30 each. Just one favorite won in the Rainbow 6 races.

The sole carryover Saturday is the Rainbow 6 at $11,550. Friday was day one of the new racing year (2022-2023), so the carryovers started at zero. In Friday's racing action, 80 winners hit the Rainbow 6, each pocketing $338.74. Four favorites won in the Rainbow 6 races, and the long-odds win was just 7.4:1 in race 5.

Gulfstream has a $50,000 gross pool guarantee on the jackpot payout wagering does not reach that amount.

Bettors added $48,129 to the Rainbow wagering, with 44 horses entering the gate.

Total all-sources track handle was $4.33 million Friday.

Friday has 8 races slated. Last post time is about 6:30 PM.

There are no carryovers since Gulfstream paid out the pools on Thursday, as required in the 2021-2022 fiscal racing year ended.

 The Rainbow 6 wager paid $2,617.66 on 6 of 6; the wager attracting $1.35 million in betting. We show about 465 winners. Gulfstream is setting a guaranteed gross pool of $50,000 Friday on the Rainbow 6, starting in race 3 at 3:55 PM.
