Wednesday: Fast and Firm at Both Florida Tracks

Tampa Bay Downs resumes racing this afternoon with a ten-race card and first post at 12:25  p.m.

Gulfstream Park has ten races today, with first post of 12:35 p.m.

At Gulfstream, there is a Super Hi-5 carryover of $6,109.92 on the first race.  It is a $16,000 claiming race at one mile on turf for fillies and mares 3-year-olds and up.

There are eight entrants, and if you look closely (we will shortly) you might find one or two to toss from consideration for even fifth place.

Nobody hit the Super Hi-5 in Sunday's tenth and final race.  With two days to study, bettors can be expected to plunge $30,000 or more into Super Hi-5.

The carryover on the Rainbow 6 has grown to $127,877.79.  It is on races, five through ten.
