Eskenformoney took the lead in mid-stretch and went on to beat her stablemate Genre by three-quarters of a length in Saturday's $100,000 Rampart Stakes (Grade 3) at Gulfstream Park.
The two horses are trained by Todd Pletcher for different owners.
Eskenformoney won the one mile dirt stakes in 1:35.47.
Javier Castellano rode Eskenformoney, who won her first graded stakes. Starladies Racing owns Eskenformoney.
