Gulfstream Carryovers for Sunday

The carried-over Super Hi-5 was hit in the 11th and final race at Gulfstream Park on Saturday, and it paid $10,359 for the minimum $1 bet.

Thus there will not be a carrryover on that bet in Sunday's first race,

Gulfstream has a ten-race card with first post of 12:35 p.m.

There will be a carryover of $19,099 on the Rainbow 6, on races five through ten.

On Saturday there were 20 tickets with the winners of all six Rainbow 6 races.  Each received $1,501.62 on a 20 cent bet (most tickets have numerous 20-cent only combinations).

The carryover coming in was $6,228. Bettors added $53,666 to the pool.

Per its formula on days without a single ticket jackpot winner,  Gulfstream took out 20 percent of the day's bet.  It divided 56 percent among tickets with the most winning horses (in this case six) abd added 24 percent to the carryover.

The Late Pick 5 paid $303.20 for five-of five on the minimum 50 cent bet.

There was a carryover of $40,303 from Friday. Bettors added $302,448 on Saturday.

The Late Pick 5 payoff was relatively low because all five races were won by horses at 7-2 odds or lower.
