Taghleeb set a turf course record of 3:22.20 for two miles in winning the $100,000 H. Allen Jerkens Stakes on Saturday at Gulfstream Park.
The previous record for the seldom-run distance at Gulfstream was 3:23.22, set by Unitarian on Jan. 13, 2015.
This evening, we will have more coverage of today's turf stakes races at Gulfstream.
