Clyde's Queen, the 3-2 favorite, won Gulfstream's fifth race on Wednesday to start the Rainbow 6.
Bettors added $157,766 to the Rainbow 6 pool. The carryover coming in was $339,874.
Clyde's Queen beat Tiz a Kitten by 1 1/2 lengths in the 7 1/2 furlong turf race. It was a $35,000 maiden claiming race for 3-year-old fillies.
Clyde's Queen, in just her second start, won in 1:30.31 over the course listed as firm. Joel Rosario rode Clyde's Queen for trainer Tom Bush and owner Sullimar Stable.
