Xanto, the 4-5 favorite, won Friday's fifth race at the Gulfstream Park West meet--getting the Rainbow 6 off to a chalky start.
The carryover coming in was $16,545. Bettors added $24,172 to the Rainbow 6 pool.
The Late Pick 5 starts with the sixth race. There is a carryover, which is rare for that bet. It is $13,240. We expect that at least $50,000 will be added today.
It is a minimum 50 cent bet.
