Rainbow 6 Hit for $42,323.30 at GP West

The Rainbow 6  was hit for $42,323.30 at the Gulfstream Park West meet on Friday.

There was just one ticket with the winners of  all six Rainbow 6 races. The ticket holder collected the  full carryover of $24,168 plus 80 percent of Friday's  new Rainbow 6 bet of $22,709.  There is a 20 percent takeout.

The carryover had built up over seven race days without the  "jackpot/carryover" payoff requirement  of just one ticket with the winners of all six races.


The payoff was on a 20-cent only bet.  However, the ticket undoubtedly had numerous 20-cent combinations.

The Gulfstream Park West meet, held at Calder, will have ten races on Saturday  with first post of 1:15 p.m.  

There will be a  new Rainbow 6 pool on  races  five through ten.
