Italian Charm won Saturday's fourth and feature race at Tampa Bay Downs, running one mile on turf in 1:36.44.
It was a $75,000 optional claimer for 3-year-olds.
Bluegrass Tiger. trained by Kathleen O'Connell finished second.
She has 1,799 wins and hasTizaway in the fifth race.
