*On Saturday at Gulfstream Park, there were no tickets with the winners in all six races in the Rainbow 6.
So
Gulfstream made a consolation payoff of $1,026.02 to each ticket with
five winners. Numerous tickets were knocked out when Titanium Heart at
35-1 won the seventh race.
There will be a carryover of $13,192 on Sunday.
On Friday there was a one-ticket jackpot winner, and it paid $618,643.20. As of Saturday afternoon Gulfstream had not obtained the identity of the holder of the ticket, which was bought in the Dutch Caribbean island of Curacao.
*Rasta Rant won Saturday's feature, a six-furlong optional claimer on dirt for Florida-breds 3-years-old and up.
Rasta Rant, at 6-1, was fifth after a half mile and then rallied to beat 35-1 shot Mr. Smith by a neck. The winning time was 1:10.86.
Emisael Jaramillo rode Rasta Rant for trainer Antonio Sano.
* Edgard Zayas rode three winners on Saturday, while Jaramillo and Marcos Meneses each rode two winners.
Zayas has 11 wins in the spring meet and leads the standings after nine days. Nik Juarez and Tyler Gaffalione are tied for second with nine wins each. Jaramillo is next with eight victories.
