At Gulfstream Park West, today's third race (scheduled post 1:10 p.m.) has a Super Hi-5 carryover of $8,179.
There was a carryover of $5,286 coming into today's nine-race card.
In the first race there were no tickets with the finish in correct order. There are no consolation payouts on the Super Hi-5.
Bettors added $3,516 to the Super Hi-5.
GP West requires a race to have at least seven starters for it to include a Super Hi-5 bet.
The second race had only six starters.
The third race has ten starters, It is a $42,000 MSW ace at one mile on turf for fillies and maes 3-YO and up--still with time to handicap.
We expect that $20,000 or more will be bet on the Super Hi-5 in the third--and then keep growing if it is not hit.
Wason (4), at 8-1, rallied in the stretch and beat S. Muffin (8), at 9-1, by a head in Monday's first race at the Gulfstream Park West meet.
The order of finish was 4-8-10-2-9.
