Super Hi-5 Carryover Grows at GP West

At Gulfstream Park West, today's third  race (scheduled post 1:10 p.m.) has a Super Hi-5 carryover of $8,179.

There was a  carryover of $5,286 coming into today's nine-race card.

In the first race there were no tickets with the finish in correct order. There are no consolation payouts on the Super Hi-5.

Bettors added $3,516 to the Super Hi-5.

GP West requires a race to have at least seven starters for it to include a Super Hi-5 bet.

The second race had only six starters.

The third race has ten starters,  It is a $42,000 MSW ace at one mile on turf for fillies and maes 3-YO and up--still with time to handicap.

We expect that $20,000 or more will be bet on the Super Hi-5 in the third--and then keep growing if it is not hit.

Wason (4), at 8-1, rallied in the stretch and  beat S. Muffin (8), at  9-1, by a head in Monday's first race at the Gulfstream Park West meet.

The order of finish was 4-8-10-2-9.
