GP West Off the Turf on Sunday

Following  overnight rain, the Gulfstream Park West meet has moved all four of Sunday's scheduled--for-turf races to the dirt track, which is listed as Fast.

Those races are the  first, third, fifth and eighth.

First post is 12:00 p.m. for the ten-race card, with no stakes races.

This link to the Equibase Web site has Sunday's entries, including scratches.  It has click-ons for handicapping material---some free and some at cost.

The Rainbow 6 has a carryover of $8,4311. The 20 cent per combination-only bet is on races four to nine with the sequence  set to start at 1:40 p.m.

Saturday was opening day of the GP West meet at Calder.

Due to heavy morning rain and intermittent afternoon rain, Gulfstream moved all five scheduled-for-turf aces to the dirt that was listed as Muddy and later as Sloppy.

Samy Camacho was the day's star, riding three winners on the ten-race card.
