Yes I Am Free (7), the 9-5 favorite, won Friday's third race at Gulfstream Park West to start the Rainbow 6.
Sarasota County (4), finished second in the field of five horses in the race that was moved from turf to the dirt track listed as Muddy.
The Late Pick 5 is approaching and should go off a about 1:50. There are only 33 runners total--and there is still time to get in.
The carryover coming into the Rainbow 6 was $129,021. Bettors added $59,637 to the pool. Gulfstream has guaranteed that today's Rainbow 6 pool will be at least $200,000 if there is just one ticket with all six winners. If that happens, Gulfstream will need to put in about $10,000 of its own money.
