Abounding Legacy beat the late-running Hy Riverside by a neck in Saturday's $75,000 Trinniberg Stakes at Gulfstream Park.
The race was seven furlongs on dirt for three-year-olds and up that had never won a stakes on dirt.
Wildcat Wish finished third, 2 1/4 lengths behind Hy Riverside.
Aboundung Legacy, the 2-1 favorite in the ten-horse field, won in the fast tine of 1:22.70.
The four-year-old gelding was ridden by Luca Panici and is trained by Ralph Nicks.
