The Rainbow 6 wager at Gulfstream Park Saturday returned the second lowest payout this meet, with just an $86.16 payoff for 6 of 6 correct in races 5-10.
The combination of a small pool of $36,782, and three legs of the bet receiving the ALL runners as a correct wager due to off-the-turf changes due to rainy weather.
So in effect, the pick-6 was disguised as a pick-3. Our data suggests about 240 tickets had the 6 of 6 correct.
The Preakness race and Pimlico's undercard races' appeal no doubt funnelled some handle away from Gulfstreams totals also.
The Rainbow 6 carryover for Sunday's card will be $63,333.
