Key to Power Wins Emerald Tenth Race

Key to Power won the off-the-turf Emerald, the tenth race.

Dreams Cut Short tossed rider Matt Rispoli coming around the final turn.

Rispoli was taken off the track in an ambulance. The horse ran on to the finish.

We are awaiting further word on Rispoli's condition.
