Gulfstream Park will have a Rainbow 6 carryover of $284,000 when it resumes racing on Thursday.
The Hallandale Beach, Fla., track will have nine races with first post at 12:00 p.m.
The Rainbow 6, a 20 cents per combination-only bet, will be on races four to nine with the sequence scheduled to start at 1:30 p.m.
The Rainbow 6 carryover is now eight racing days old, following Sunday when there 314 tickets with all six winners in the Rainbow 6.
Each of those tickets won $362.92 on a 20 cent bet.
Program numbers of the winning horses were 5-7-4-1-8-3.
The highest odds among those winners was 6-1. Four of the other winners were favorites.
Wagering on the Rainbow 6 was $206,279. Of that, Gulfstream took out 20 percent. It then divided 56 percent among the tickets with six winners and added 24 percent to the carryover.
For Thursday, Gulfstream has guaranteed that the Rainbow 6 pool (carryover plus day's bet) will be at least $450,000 if there is just one ticket with all six winners.
*Gulfstream, like almost all other U.S. thoroughbred tracks, remains closed to spectators due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Gulfstream races may be bet on via Advance Deposit Wagering (ADW) accounts and at sports books, OTB offices and simulcast sites that are open during the pandemic.
