Gulfstream Park will have a Rainbow
6 carryover of $19,310 when it resumes racing on
Thursday.
First post will be 1:15 p.m. for an
eight-race card. The Rainbow 6 will be
on races three through eight.
In Thursday’s first race, there will
be a carryover of $1,767.93 on the Super Hi-5.
In Sunday’s 11th and
final race there were no tickets with the first five finishers in correct order.
There are no consolation payoffs, such as four of five places. So the whole Super Hi-5 pool rolls into
Thursday’s first race, which has nine starters.
Gulfstream has the Super Hi-5 on all
races with seven or more starters.
The latest Rainbow 6 carryover will
be in its third day on Thursday. Gulfstream pays out the carryover/jackpot only when there is just one
ticket with the winners of all six Rainbow 6 races.
On Sunday there were six
tickets with all six winners. Each received $3,000.16.
The carryover coming in was $11,595.
Bettors added $32,186 to the pool.
Gulfstream took
out 20 percent of the day's Rainbow 6 bet. It divided 56 percent among tickets
with six winners and put 24 percent into the carryover.
