Racing is underway at Gulfstream, where conditions are fast and firm and the sky is overcast.
The 8-5 favorite Starship Jubilee won the first race, rallying to beat R Sweet Exchange by a head at five furlongs on turf.
Starship Jubilee won in 56.60 with red-hot Luca Panici riding for trainer Steve Dwoskin and owner Starship Stables.
In the second race Twinkling Time (5-2) held on to beat 3-5 favorite Cocos Cat at 6 1/2 furlongs on dirt.
