Gulfstream Park has an 11-race card on Sunday with first post of 12:40 p.m.
The Rainbow 6 has a carryover of $616,937. The 20 cents per combination-only bet will be on races six to eleven with the sequence scheduled to start at 3:11 p.m.
Here are highlights of Saturday's racing at Gulfstream.
Turf Course Record
Vow Me Now set a Gulfstream turf course record of 1:26.25 for 7 1/2 furlongs in winning the 12th and final race.
The previous record was 1:26.78, set by Smokem Kitten in an allowance/optional claiming race on March 20, 2016.
Vow Me Now, a 5-year-old gelding, led at every call and won by 2 1/4 lengths over Outshine who was second at every call. Angel Arroyo rode Vow Me Now for trainer Eddie Plesa Jr.
The course was listed as Firm, and is dry following several weeks with very little rain. On Saturday, several other winning turf times were very fast. Five of seven turf races were won by horses that led at every call.
Saturday's race was a $16,000 claimer. It was the first race for Vow Me Now since July 6, 2019. Earlier that year, he won two overnight turf stakes at Gulfstream.
The win on Saturday was the sixth in twelve career starts for Vow Me Now, a son of Broken Vow.
Vow Me Now was sent off at 6-1, the fourth lowest odds in Saturday's ten-horse field. He earned an Equibase Speed figure of 103, his highest ever.
Vow Me Now is owned by David Melin, Leon Ellman and Laurie Plesa.
Saturday Stakes Results
Pacific Gale beat Sound Machine by 3 1/2 lengths in the Hurricane Bertie Stakes (Grade 3) for fillies and mares 4-years-old and up.
Pacific Gale, the 4-5 favorite, won the 6 1/2 furlong dirt stakes in 1:15.93 on the track listed as Fast.
Junior Alvarado rode Pacific Gale for trainer John Kimmel and owner Holly Hill Farm.
In her previous start, Pacific Gale won the seven-furlong Inside Information Stakes (Grade 2) on Jan. 23 at Gulfstream.
On Saturday, Gulfstream had two other stakes races.
Wink won the $75,000 Melody of Colors at five furlongs on turf for 3-year-old fillies.
Warrior's Pride won the $75,000 Texas Glitter at five furlongs on turf for 3-year-olds.
