The eighth race is coming upma Gulfstream, with post at 3:11.
It is the La Prevoyante (Grade 3) at 1 1/2 miles on turf for fillies and mares 4-YO and up.
It is the start of the Late Pick 5. The ninth race will be the start of the Late Pick 4. Both bets are 50 cents minimum.
Gulfstream has guaranteed that both pools will be at least $750,000 today. Based on Gulfstream wagering history and the addition of some on-track betting today, we expect that both pools will be at least $1 million

*Race 9 -- $200,000 Inside Information (Grade 2), seven furlongs dirt, F&M 4-YO and up, 3:40 p.m.
*Race 10 -- $150,000, W.L. McKnight (Grade 3), 1 1/2 miles turf, 4-YO and up, 4:13 p.m.
*Race 11 -- $1million Pegasus World Cup Turf Invitational (Grade 1), 1 3/16 miles,4-YO and up turf, 4:59 p.m.
*Race 12 -- $3 million Pegasus World Cup Invitational (Grade 1), 1 1/8 miles dirt, 5:44 p.m.
