Cajun Brother, at 14-1, rallied to beat the 3-2 favorite Extravagant Kid by a half-length in the$75,000 Sunshine Sprint at Gulfstream Park on Saturday.
The race was restricted to Florida-breds 4-YO and up and was six furlongs on the dirt track listed as Fast. Cajun Brother won in 1:10.97 with Miguel Vasquez riding for trainer Michael Yartes.
The $75,000 Sunshine Turf is coming up, at 1 1/6 miles for 4-YO and up.
