Racing is back on the turf course at the Gulfstream Park West meet on Wednesday.
On each of the last six race days, at least one race was taken off the turf because of rain or wet conditions at the meet which is held at Calder in Miami Gardens, Fla.
First post is 12:35u p.m. for the eight-race card.
The first third and eighth races are scheduled for turf. It is likely those races will stay on that surface,
The Weather Channel forecast is for the chance of rain to range as high as just 20 percent during racing hours.
The carryover on the Rainbow 6 is $137,552. The 20 cents per combination-only bet is on aces three to eight, with the sequence scheduled to start at 1:33 p.m.
