Gulfstream Park has an 11-race card on Sunday, with
first post of 1:15 p.m.
It will be the second day of Gulfstream’s summer meet.
Gulfstream opened that meet on Saturday with seven stakes on its Summit of
Speed card, on which we will have details in upcoming stories.
Conditions are listed as fast and firm. The
Weather Channel forecast is for a 15
percent chance of rain during racing hours.
The carryover on the Rainbow 6 is $18,074. It is on races six to eleven.
*Gulfstream will be dark on Monday.
On Tuesday, it will have a Fourth of July card with
eleven races and first post of 1:15 p.m.
The co-features are the $100,000 Martha Washington, at
one mile on turf for 3-year-old fillies,
and the $100,000 Not Surprising, at one mile on turf for 3-year-old males.
