Twilight Friday Time at Gulfstream

 The 2:15 p.m. first post is  approaching  at Gulfstream Park.

That will be the first post time  at Gulfstream  every Friday through Sept. 1.

On this first Twilight Friday, Gulfstream has a hard-to-resist Rainbow 6 carryover of $556,054.74.  It is on races four to nine, with the sequence scheduled to  start at 3:58 p.m.
The  feature eighth race is  the Ana  T.H. Handicap, at  seven furlongs on dirt for fillies and mares  3-years-old and up.

We will  have  race coverage  during  the afternoon,  while fans  at Gulfstream are enjoying the races as well as numerous food and drink specials, giveaways and drawings, and live music.

Ten Palms will offer $8 bar bites, $15 plate specials and ladies will have free Sangria. Tito’s Bar and the Breezeway Bar will offer 2-for-1 well drinks and specials on La Rubia bottles and draft.

There will be a losing $10 ticket drawing on Races 1-5 for a chance to win tablets, televisions and phones and there will also be horse racing bingo.

Specials run from 4:30-6:30 p.m. After the races there will be live music in the walking ring from 7-10 p.m.
