The carried over Super Hi-5 was hit in Friday's first race at Gulfstream, and it paid $1,544.40 for the minimum $1 bet.
The number of winning tickets could not be readily determined.
A Fashion Affair won by a nose over Bettabe Fast in the 5-furlong turf raee, a maiden claimer for fillies and mares 3-YO and up. The winner was 5-1 and Bettabe Fast was the 4-5 favorite in the seven-horse field.
The carryover coming in was $1,979. Bettors added $19,729 to the pool.
The order of finish was 1-5-6-2-7.
The Super Hi-5 requires picking the first five finishers in correct order, with no consolation payoffs such as the first four places. If there are no winning tickets, the full pool including carryover rolls into the next race with seven or more starters.
Barring any late scratches, Gulfstream will have the Super Hi-5 on today's third race and on races five through ten.
