Gulfstream Park has a ten-race card on Easter Sunday,
with first post of 12:55 p.m.
It is open its regular hours for simulcasting, poker and
its casino.
Tampa Bay Downs does not have racing this Sunday and is closed entirely for the
day.
On Monday it will re-open for simulcasting and poker, and it will re-open its
golf practice facility.
Tampa Bay’s next race day will be Wednesday with nine
races and first post of 12:45 p.m.
At Gulfstream on Sunday’s first race, there is a carryover
of $3,877.70 on the Super Hi-5.
There will be a new pool in the Rainbow 6. It will be
on races five through ten, with the sequence scheduled to start at 3:07 p.m.
On Saturday there was just one winning ticket on the
Rainbow 6. That ticket took down the
jackpot of $77,343.
That was a combination of the carryover of $26,957 plus 80 percent of the day’s
Rainbow 6 bet of $63,091.
Conditions
for Sunday are listed as fast and firm. The
Weather Channel forecast is for a ten
percent chance of rain until 3:00 p.m. and a 30 percent chance later in the afternoon.
