A full field of ten older $10,000 Claiming Fillies and Mares will go a mile on the lawn in Race 6. Scheduled post time is 3 PM.
It appears that there isn't much early pace signed on in this race and the runner who can get the early lead has a big edge. RACING ROSEMARY (2) is the one who could steal the whole thing under red hot Samy Camacho. Two races ago,(with Camacho aboard) she raced in a seven furlong dirt affair and was only a length off the lead in a 22.3 first quarter. That's fast enough to go to the front with this group. She won on grass and around two turns last season. Today, she stretches out in the third start back from her seasonal layoff, a good bet at 6/1 morning line.
THE BET $10 to win on RACING ROSEMARY (2) and a $2 exacta box with DURVEN (1) and CROWN OF JOY (4) 1,2,4. Total Bet $22.
PREVIOUS RESULTS 4/19 The $10 win bet returned a chalky $16, missed the exacta. Lost $6 for the day, bankroll is now plus $42.20.
