G.P. West Sunday Card; 8 Races, 1:00 PM Post

Gulfstream Park West (GPW) plans an 8-race card Sunday, with a first post of 1:00 PM. Last post time is near 4:35 PM.

In Saturday's racing action, 9 races were run, and again, it was fairly normal as 3 favorites entered the winners circle. ho-hum with the winners odds-wise.  

Jenna Dawn, at 26:1, won by 1-1/2 lenghts in the 4th race, which dwindled down the Rainbow 6 as just 5 of 6 won the published $449.82 payoff.

The total pool on the Rainbow 6 was $39,979 as interest will be low here until the carryover reaches - perhaps - $100,000. Sunday's carryover is $29,897, an increase of $9,591 from Saturday. It kicks off in race 3 at approx. 2:00 PM.

The Super Hi-5 wager also carrys over $2,283. This wager is a $1.00 minimum bet to correctly pick the first 5 finishers in order. Not an easy handicap.
