GP West: Fast and Firm for Thursday

The dirt track is listed as Fast and the turf is listed as Firm for Thursday's eight-race card at the Gulfstream Park West meet, at Calder in Miami Gardens.

The Weather Channel  forecast is for just  a  15 percent chance  of  rain during racing hours.

First post is 1:00 p.m,

The first race has a Super Hi-5 carryover of $17,975.

It is down to seven starters. the minimum for a GP West race to have  the Super Hi-5, following the scratch of Another Softball (4).

The Rainbow 6  has a carryover of $250,535. It is on races three to eight with the sequence scheduled to start at 2:00 p.m.
