No stakes races are planned, as is usual for the weekdays in summer meets. This will be day 19 of the Summer meet that runs through September 29th.
In Wednesday's racing, a low 46 starters ran 8 races on the fast course, but wet turf conditions forced all 4 turf runs to the main track.
Six winners were listed as favorites at post time. Three to one was the high odds winner in the last 6 races, diluting the payouts considerably.
The Late Pick 5 paid: $62.60, while the Late Pick 4 paid a tiny $39.80.
The Rainbow 6 wager paid $164.86 to 203 winning ticket holders.
Bettors added $59,615 to the Rainbow 6 pool Wednesday, and the carryover keeps growing. The Thursday carryover will be $370,742.
The Rainbow 6 wager gets underway in race 4 at approx. 2:45 PM.
