Heading into Friday's race card, here are the leaders in wins at the Gulfstream Park summer meet.
Friday is the 20th day of the 55-day meet that began on July 1 and will end on Sept. 29.
Jockeys
Tyler Gaffalione, the summer meet champion in 2016 and 2017, leads with 21 wins and is followed by Emisael Jaramillo with 19.
Miguel Angel Vazquez is third with 16 victories. Samy Camacho and Reylu Gutierrez have 13 wins each and are tied for fourth place.
This weekend at Gulfstream, Gaffalione is named on three mounts on Friday and eleven on Saturday.
He is scheduled to ride at Ellis Park in Henderson, Ky., on Sunday and at Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., on Monday.
Gaffalione led jockeys in wins at this year's Gulfstream spring meet and was second in wins to Luis Saez in Gulfstream's 2017-2018 championship meet.
At Gulfstream this weekend Jaramillo has three mounts on Friday, eight on Saturday and five in Sunday.
Trainers
Armando De La Cerda leads with ten wins.
Gilberto Zerpa is second with seven victories. Victor Barboza Jr., the leading trainer at last year's Gulfstream summer meet, is third with six wins.
Owners
Midwest Thoroughbreds, Drawing Away Stable and Auricchio and Jacobson each have four wins and are in a three-way tie for first place.
Arindel, the leading owner at last year's Gulfstream summer meet, has three wins thus far this summer.
