Gulfstream Guarantees, Carryover for Saturday

Gulfstream Park will have a Rainbow 6 carryover of $374,490 on Saturday.

Gulfstream will have 13 races with first post of 12:00 p.m. The Rainbow 6 is on races eight to thirteen.

There will be guarantees on these late multi-race bets.
*Rainbow 6 -- $600,000 (Races 8 to 13), includes the carryover

*Late Pick 5 -- $200,000 (Races 9 to 13)

*Late Pick 4 -- $250,000 (Races 10 to 13)

If any of the pools do not reach the guarantee levels, Gulfstream will make up the difference.

The Rainbow 6 carryover has grown because Friday was the 11^th straight day without the jackpot payoff (full carryover plus 80 percent of the day’s Rainbow 6 bet) requirement of just one ticket with the winners of all six races.

There were 20 tickets with all six winners. Each was paid $4,771.96 on a 20-cent only bet.

A total of $170,453 was bet on the Rainbow 6.  Of that, Gulfstream took out 20 percent. It divided 56 percent among tickets with six winners and added 24 percent to the carryover.
