Gulfstream Off the Turf for Friday

Due to heavy overnight rain and forecasts for more rain during the afternoon, Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach, Fla., has moved all five of Friday's scheduled-for-turf races to the dirt track that is listed as Sloppy  and is sealed.

Those races are the  first, third, fourth, seventh and eleventh. 

First post is 1:00 p.m. for an 11-race card.

The first race has  a Super Hi-5  carryover of  $11,205.

The Rainbow 6 has a carryover of $196,537. The 20 cents per combination only bet is on races six to  eleven, with the  sequence scheduled to star at 3:45 p.m.

Friday's featured tenth race is the $75,000 Hollywood Wildcat Stakes, at 1 1/16 miles on dirt for  3-year-old fillies.

Tonalst's Shape  and Cheermeister, each the winner of two graded stakes at Gulfstream this year, head the field.
