We finally got off the schnied in the 7th race and cashed a couple tickets. Our $10 win bet returned $35. The 50 cent trifecta paid a paltry $19.25, but thats ok, it's a move in the right direction. Our total payout was $54.35 minus the $22 wager, our profit is $32.35 Before this bet we had a deficit of $118.80. ($16 from race 2 today and $102.80 from Sunday's action.) Our deficit has been reduced to $64.65. Black ink is on the horizon for Friday.
