Gulfstream Park has a 10-race card Saturday, Sept. 9th.
First post is at 12:50 PM in Hallandale Beach, Fla.
Two stakes races are planned; the first leg of the Florida Sire Stakes series.
The Desert Vixen and the Dr. Fager Stakes are 6 furlongs on the dirt
track with $100,000 purses. Two-year old fillies will run in the Desert
Vixen, race 5, while two-year-old colts and geldings will race in the
Dr. Fager, race 8. The Gulfstream media post on the races is at:

The Rainbow 6 wager is the sole carryover Saturday at $10,752, and will get underway with race #5 near 2:45 p.m.
On Friday, 6 of 6 paid $8,362.92 to 3 winners. Just 3 of the 8 races were won by favorites, and the 25:1 win by For Ever Ours culled down the contestants a lot.
Since the long-shot was in race 5, it encompased both the early Pick 5 and Late Pick 5. That led to big payouts in both wagers: $13,444 and $4,195 respectively. The winning Rainbow 6 program #'s: 2-4-2-1/4/5-5-6.
Total all-sources track handle was $3.60 million Friday.
