Gulfstream Park plans a 12 race card Saturday.
First post time is 12:00 PM, while last race post is 5:43 PM.
One stakes race is on the card - the Royal Delta Stakes, Grade III.
It is a $150,000 purse, 1-1/16 miles on dirt for 4-year-old + Filles and Mares. The M/L
favorite is Letruska at 2:5. It will be Race 6, post time about 2:25 PM.
The Rainbow 6 carryover is $1,089,070 with a mandatory payout of that wager.
That means the entire carryover plus the net bets Saturday (wagers
minus 20% takeout) will be paid to all winners, with no carryover.
The Rainbow 6 wager attracts lots of attention on mandatory payout days.
When the carryover has been above $800,000 in the past, wagering has
been near $5 million!
In Friday's racing action, 134 winners collected on the Rainbow 6 wager, earning $1,029.88 each. Two favorites won the last 6 races, and the high-odds winner was 5:1 in race 7.
Wagering on the Rainbow 6 was $246,402.
All sources track handle was $7.99 million Friday.
