Gulfstream Park has a 12-race card Saturday. First post is near 12:40 pm, last post 6:00 pm. With daylight saving time starting this Sunday, their later start time will allow more races in more daylight. We hope the horses can adjust to this like us humans. The two stakes races are the Hurricane Bertie and Captiva Island, shown below.

In Friday's racing, about 90 bettors cashed in for $833.54 each on the Rainbow 6. Three favorites won in the rainbow 6, with Cahuilla at 10:1 odds winning race 6. Gulfstream set a $150,000 guarantee gross pool if the wagering is less than that (carryover + wagers) for Saturday. With no single winner, the Saturday carryover will be $70,747.
Forty-four entries left the gate in the last 6 races. The winning program numbers were 1-3-5-6-2/5/8-7.
Total all-sources track handle was $8.78 million Friday, along with a $449,000 purse size.
