After being dark on Christmas Day, Gulfstream Park and Tampa Bay Downs will resume racing on Saturday.
Gulfstream will have eleven races, with first post at 12:05 p.m. Conditions are listed as Fast and Firm.
This link to the Equibase Web site has the Gulfstream entries, with scratches and changes, for Saturday. It has click-ons for handicapping material, some free and some including Past Performances, at cost.
There are three stakes races on the card, all on turf with $75,000 purses.
The sixth race is the H. Allen Jerkens at two miles for 3-YO and up.
The eighth race is the Tropical Park Derby a 1 1/16 miles for 3-YOs. The field includes Sole Volante, who this year won the Sam F. Davis Stakes (Grade 3) and finished second n the Tampa Bay Derby (Grade 2)--both at Tampa Bay Downs.
The tenth race is the Tropical Park Oaks, at 1 1/16 miles for 3YO fillies.
The Gulfstream Rainbow 6 has a carryover of $152,976. The 20 cents per combination-only bet is on races six to eleven with the sequence set to start at 2:38 p.m.
Tampa Bay will have ten races with first post at 12:13 p.m.
The Rainbow 6 has a carryover of $30,403. The 20 cents per combination-only bet is on races five to ten with the sequence set to start at 2:13 p.m.
