Camelia Gal (10), at 9-2, held off a late bid by She Fled the Scene (2) and won b a nose in Thursday's fifth race at Gulfstream.
The race was the first leg of the Rainbow 6, which has a carryover of $89,481. Bettors added $264,653 to the Rainbow 6 pool.
Gulfstream had guaranteed that that the pool would be at least $250,000 if there is just one ticket with the winners of all six races. The pool will be about $350,000.
