Races 4,6,8 & 9 have been taken off the turf and will be run on the good main track at one mile and forty yards.
Here's a runner in Race 5 who appears to have an edge over his rivals, in this $8,000 non-winner of two races lifetime event. HIGHLAND PARK HERO (2) has faced $16,000 open company claiming foes in his last three starts, and gave a good account of himself, getting the place money twice. Trainer Mike Stidham scores at a 30% clip on horses taking similar drops in class. This sophomore won his Maiden race last summer at Delaware Park on a sloppy track, he should like the conditions today. THE BET: $20 to win on HIGHLAND PARK HERO (2) and a pair of $2 exacta part wheels, using DREAMING OF J C (5), SEBA'S RANGER (6) and VINEYARD HARBOUR (7). 2 with 5,6,7 then reverse, 5,6,7 with 2.
Total Bet: $32. GOOD LUCK
