Rainbow 6: Two Longshot Wins in First Four Races

Two longshots were among the winners in the first  four legs of the stakes-laden Rainbow 6 at the Gulfstream P:ark West meet on Saturday.

Travy Boy (5) , at 21-1, shot out to the lead and went on to win the sixth race--the Millions Sprint Preview.

Picara (5)  at 28-1 won the ninth race--the Filly and mare Turf Preview.

Other Rainbow 6 results:

7th race -- Juvenile Fillies Turf -- American Giant (2)  at 5-1
8th race --  Fillies Juvenile Sprint  -- Ceci Valentina (6)  5-2

The  victories by Travy Boyu and Picara increased the prospect that today might produce a single winning ticket in the Rainbow 6--after 28  days with multiple winners has led to a growing carryover.

It was $642,402 coming into today's card.  Bettors added $206,320  to rhe pool.  That is the most of any day in the current Rainbow 6 cycle
