The Gulfstream Park West meet will have nine races on Friday, with a first post of 1:15 p.m. and two carryovers.
The first race has a Super Hi-5 carryover of $2,961. It is a $12,500 claiming race at 1 1/16 miles on turf for 3-year-olds and up. There are nine entrants.
The carryover on the Rainbow 6 is $25,403. It will be on races four through nine with the sequence scheduled to start at 2:51 p.m. Those races have 63 entrants, including Main Track Only and Also Eligible.
The GP West meet is at Calder in Miami Gardens.
On Thursday, there were no tickets with the winning horses in all six Rainbow 6 races.
So, GP West made a payoff to tickets that had five winners. There were 27 of the, and each received $523.08 on the 20-cent only bet.
A large number of tickets were knocked out of the Rainbow 6 when Cat's Astray, at 13-1, won the opening leg third race.
Odds on the other five winning horses were 8-1 or lower
Program numbers of the winning horses were 8-3-1-7-6-4.
The Late Pick 5 paid $2,003.53 on the minimum 50 cent bet. The number of winning tickets was not readily available.
Thursday's wagering on the Rainbow 6 was
$25,224. Of that, Gulfstream took out 20 percent, divided 56 percent among the tickets with five winners and added 24 percent to the carryover.
