No stakes races will be run.
The sole carryover is the Super High 5 wager at $1,374. The Rainbow 6 jackpot was hit Saturday for $83,117.28.
Similar to Friday's wagers, the race favorite was 'in-the-money' for 5
of the Rainbow races; just race 11 (the last) was the favorite 5th. So
the winner's odds for the last 6 races were: 1.3:1, 4.2:1, 1.9:1,
16.6:1, 12.2:1 and 12.9:1.
That
was enough to ferret out a single winner. Fifty-four horses ran in the
Rainbow 6 races. The Late Pick 4 and Pick 5 paid nice sums of $4,185 and $39,801 respectively.
Total all-sources track handle was $6.05 million Saturday.
The purse size was $364,000 under cloudy and fast track conditions.
