Tampa Bay's next live race day will be Sunday, June 30. That will be the first day of the track's annual two-day Summer Festival of Racing.

Some Late Wet Derby Handicapping
A steady rain has been falling since about 6:00 p,m. as Kentucky Derby horses and their human connections make the walk from the stables to the walking ring.
Scheduled post is 6:50 p.m. The track remains listed as Fast.
If you are considering late bets your program will show that 12 of the 19 starters have raced once in the rain.
Top contenders Tacitus and Maximum Security both have a win in their off-track races.
Improbable, the 9-2 favorite, finished second to Omaha Beach on a Sloppy track in the Arkansas Derby at Oaklawn Park on April 13.
Omaha Beach was made the Kentucky Derby morning line favorite following Tuesday's post draw. On Tuesday trainer Richard Mandela scratched Omaha Beach due to a throat problem that is not considered career threatening.
