Spill in the Seventh at Gulfstream

There was a scary-looking  spill coming down the stretch of today's  seventh race at Gulfstream Park.

Three of  the seven horses were involved and did  not finish the race:
They were, with program numbers and jockeys:
1--Bradley's Sunshine (1) Nicky Figueroa
3--Card Spun (3)  Eduardo Nunez
7 -Deputy Dora (7)  Jose Garcia

Gulfstream has reported that all three jockeys walked off the turf course and apparently suffered only bruises.

We will have details on the horses when they are provided by Gulfstream.

The race was one mile on the turf course listed as good, for  fillies and  mares 3-YO  and up with  a $30,000 claiming price.

Following the spill, Gulfstream has moved the ninth and tenth races off the turf to the dirt track  that is listed as sloppy.

Beause of the late surface change,  holders of live  tickets in the Rainbow  6 and the Late Pick 5 will have their tickets revised to include all remaining runners in those two races.
