However, Daniel Centeno rode the winning maiden in at 1:11.68 by the neck over Schema who finished second. Schema was bumped on the start but managed to come amazingly close and moved up three wide, but was very gamely throughout. Schema was just a half length ahead of Miss Pearl who finished third shocking some gaining a short lead. The total WPS pool was $407,297.
