The Dirt Track is Favoring Speed thus Far at Tampa Bay
Speed and the rail for the dirt track are favoring the horses today at Tampa Bay Downs.
Thus far, horses that last raced in PA and IN are in the
lead in the melting pot race 1. Race 3's winner, Gone West Express was from Gulfstream Park in Florida where it last raced Nov. 17th also at 6 furlongs.
