The third race is coming up at the GP West meet, with the start of the Rainbow 6.
We are not doing a mythical ticket. But are suggesting folks to consider whether NOW is the time to play the Rainbow 6.
The carryover is $16,423--not large enough yet to attract most of the syndicates that go very deep in some races.
So, the "little guy" has a better chance on days like this past Sunday when the 33-1 shot Arthemisa won the fifth race and first leg.
On Sunday there were no tickets with all six winners, no doubt due largely to Arthemisa. The 28 tickets with five winners each received $440--pretty good for a ticket of $40 or so.
If the carryover were larger the chance is strong that one or more big player might have had Arthemisa AND the five other winners. Thus, no 28 bettors winning $440.
Just a thought.
